Cancellations

Need to cancel? You may cancel and substitute another attendee without penalty at any time. If you cancel with no replacement you must cancel on or before October 7, 2011 and a refund will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be requested in writing and received no later than October 7, 2011 to be eligible for the refund. Any cancellations received after October 7, 2011 will not be eligible for refund.
