Cancellations

Refunds for all or any part of exhibit space cancelled, which has been assigned and accepted by an exhibitor shall be refunded per the following schedule:

75% before June 3, 2011
50% from June 3, 2011 thru July 22, 2011
No refunds will be honored if received after July 22, 2011

Any reduction of space will be considered a cancellation of space, and the penalty schedule will apply. Refunds due to an exhibitor will be made after the completion of the TechNet-Aero 2011 Conference and Trade Show.
