The AFCEA InfoTech 2010 Technical Seminars Committee invites you to contribute original and innovative abstracts on topics related to this year’s theme. Please read the entire page, as the dates and procedures have changed from previous years.

The Technical Seminars Committee will provide two venues at InfoTech 2010 for Industry and Government leaders to present on technical and management topics. We will offer:

  • One hour individual seminars for Industry and Government representatives to present ideas, concepts and/or demonstrations on subjects relating to the conference theme
  • Room set asides for companies to provide discussions, presentations, and/or demonstrations on conference related topic
Topics for this year's Technical Seminars include:
  • Cyber Security and Information Assurance
  • AFSO-21/Continuous Improvement
  • Enterprise Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Enterprise Acquisition
  • ERP Business Transformation
  • Asset Management
  • Enterprise IT Best Practices
  • Information Assurance
  • Knowledge Management
  • Master Data Management
  • Cutting Edge Technologies
Submission Requirements:
Submissions for presenting at this year's conference will be accepted between June 1 and October 1, 2010. Submissions should include the following:
  • Presenter name, phone and email address
  • Company name
  • A one paragraph abstract on the topic for publication in flyers, etc.
  • A bio of the presenter(s) for inclusion in flyers, etc.

Please identify as part of the submission whether you desire an individual seminar or room set-aside, along with what topic area you consider the presentation.

This year, we will be accepting presentations on a first-come, first-served basis. Presentations will be reviewed, and a time-slot and room will be assigned as available. Submissions will be paid in full at time of abstract submission.

This year, all payments are due when abstracts are submitted. Any session, panel or room set-aside not paid in full by October 1, 2010 will be cancelled, and the presenter(s) will be notified.
