Need to cancel? You may cancel and substitute another attendee without penalty at any time. If you cancel with no replacement you must cancel on or before October 8, 2010 and a refund will be issued minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be requested in writing and received no later than October 8, 2010 to be eligible for the refund. Any cancellations received after October 8, 2010 will not be eligible for refund.
